File sharing for agencies.

Three clients, three tools: Frame.io for the brand spot, Dropbox for the brand book, WeTransfer for the press kit. quik.space gives you one link for every handoff: video, photo, design, doc. Up to 5 GB for $5, 30-day spaces for $5, anyone with the link downloads in any browser. No client portal, no per-seat math, no AI training on the work.

The agency problem

Every client has different file-sharing rules. The CPG brand wants WeTransfer. The pharma client demands a portal with NDA gating. The startup wants Slack. Your team uses Frame.io for video, Dropbox for design, and Google Drive for everything else. The result is a handoff system held together by Slack messages and prayer.

How quik.space fits in

quik.space is the same link for every handoff. Photo, video, design, doc: anything up to 5 GB lands on one link the client opens in any browser. No portal, no account, no client-by-client tool selection. Add a 30-day space ($5) when a campaign needs to live longer than 72 hours, and renew for $5 when the project drags.

An example workflow

  1. Bundle the campaign handoff. Final cut MP4, brand-system PDF, hero photo selects, social-cut zip. One folder per deliverable type.
  2. Create a 30-day space. $5 starts a 30-day clock. Drop each handoff file in. Renewable for $5 if the client needs more time.
  3. Send the space link to the client. Account manager, brand lead, and creative director all open the same URL. Inline previews for PDFs and video. Download what they need.

What you’ll typically send

File types agencies usually ship through quik.space:

  • Final brand systems and style guides
  • Campaign deliverables (video, photo, design)
  • Production zips and source files
  • Press kits and EPKs
  • Client review PDFs

Typical delivery size sits around 100 MB to 5 GB per handoff. That maps to the free tier (under 100 MB), the $1 Large upload bracket (under 500 MB), or the $5 XL upload bracket (up to 5 GB). See pricing for the full table.

Private by default

quik.space does not train AI on your files. We do not read them. We do not index them. The file is visible only to whoever holds the share link, and it auto-deletes when the clock runs out. WeTransfer changed its terms in July 2025 to allow AI training on user files. We made the opposite call and put it in writing.

Frequently asked

Can we white-label the share page?
Not at the moment. quik.space is intentionally minimal, the share page is the same for every link. If white-labeling lands on the roadmap it will be priced as an add-on, not bundled.
How do we keep client work for a campaign cycle?
Create a space for $5. The 30-day clock holds the whole bundle. Renew for $5 when the campaign extends. Beyond a few months, move the deliverable to long-term storage. quik.space is the handoff surface, not the archive.
Can multiple team members share the same upload?
Anyone with the link can view and download. There is no per-user seat. Send the link in Slack and the whole team has access.
Will client files be used for AI training?
No. We do not train any model on user files. This is in the ToS, not just the marketing page.
What about NDA-bound work?
Files are accessible only to whoever holds the random 8-character link. We do not index, do not list, and do not search files. For higher sensitivity, send the link over a secure channel and let it expire on the default 72-hour clock.
