File sharing for animators.
Your collected After Effects project with linked footage is 2.2 GB. The client wants both the source and the rendered ProRes. quik.space takes one file up to 5 GB for $5 over a single link, plays the render inline, no client signup, no AI training on your AEP. 30-day spaces ($5) hold the source, render, alphas, and Lottie in one URL.

The animator problem
Your After Effects project with linked footage is 2 GB. Your client wants the source and the rendered master. The studio's asset-management system is overkill for a single deliverable. Email caps at 25 MB. WeTransfer makes the client sign up.
How quik.space fits in
quik.space takes a packaged AEP zip up to 5 GB for $5, client opens the link, downloads. For motion-design deliverables, create a 30-day space ($5) and drop the source AEP, the rendered MP4, the alpha cuts, and the Lottie JSON in. Client picks what they need.
An example workflow
- Collect the After Effects project. File > Dependencies > Collect Files. Zip the result. For Cavalry or Toon Boom, package the scene plus assets.
- Upload to quik.space. $5 covers up to 5 GB. For a delivery that needs source + render + alpha + Lottie, use a 30-day space ($5).
- Send the link. Client opens in any browser. Inline preview for the MP4 render. Downloads the AEP if they need the source.
What you’ll typically send
File types animators usually ship through quik.space:
- After Effects projects and AEP archives
- Cavalry, Toon Boom, and Moho scenes
- Lottie JSON exports
- Rendered MP4 and ProRes masters
- Image sequences (PNG, EXR)
Typical delivery size sits around 200 MB to 4 GB per project. That maps to the free tier (under 100 MB), the $1 Large upload bracket (under 500 MB), or the $5 XL upload bracket (up to 5 GB). See pricing for the full table.
Private by default
quik.space does not train AI on your files. We do not read them. We do not index them. The file is visible only to whoever holds the share link, and it auto-deletes when the clock runs out. WeTransfer changed its terms in July 2025 to allow AI training on user files. We made the opposite call and put it in writing.
Frequently asked
- Will my After Effects project be used to train AI?
- No. quik.space does not train any model on user files. Your AEP, your character rig, your client commission: not training data.
- Will the client preview the render inline?
- Yes. H.264 MP4 plays inline on the share page. The client can watch the render in the browser before downloading the source.
- Can I send Lottie JSON?
- Yes. JSON files upload and download. They don't preview inline as animation, so the client previews in their Lottie viewer of choice.
- How big is a typical motion-graphics handoff?
- A collected AEP with linked footage sits 500 MB to 3 GB. Plus a rendered ProRes master at 1080p, 1-2 GB. Single XL upload ($5) covers most deliveries.
- Can the link hold a full project delivery for two weeks of revisions?
- Yes. Create a 30-day space ($5). Renew for $5 if revisions extend past 30 days.
