Send a 3 GB file.

3 GB is inside the XL upload tier, the $5 one-shot that covers any file up to 5 GB on quik.space. The drop zone accepts the file directly from the browser, streams it to storage, and returns a share link in a couple of minutes on a typical home connection. There is no account to make and no subscription to cancel later. The link is valid for 72 hours by default and renewable in 30-day chunks for $2 if you need it to live longer.

quik.space does not train AI on your files. We do not read them. We do not index them. The file is visible only to whoever holds the share link, and it auto-deletes when the clock runs out. WeTransfer changed its terms in July 2025 to allow AI training on user files. We made the opposite call and put it in writing.

Frequently asked

Can my browser actually upload a 3 GB file?
Yes. Modern Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge all stream uploads of this size without buffering the whole file in memory. quik.space sends bytes directly to storage as they come off disk, so RAM is not the bottleneck.
What slows a 3 GB upload down?
Three usual suspects. First, your upstream bandwidth, which on most home plans is lower than the advertised download speed. Second, Wi-Fi range or interference. Third, other devices saturating the line in parallel. Plug in via ethernet and pause Dropbox or backups for the cleanest run.
How much does a 3 GB upload cost?
$5 one-shot through the XL upload SKU on quik.space. No subscription. Compared to a WeTransfer Pro annual plan, that is the price of a few months reduced to a single send.
Will the recipient be able to download a 3 GB file on their phone?
Yes, if they have the bandwidth and the storage space. iOS and Android both support multi-gigabyte downloads in the browser, but it is easier on a laptop on Wi-Fi. The link does not expire on the download, it expires on the calendar.
Can I send a 3 GB file anonymously?
Yes. quik.space does not require an account at any tier. The $5 payment is processed by Stripe and does not get linked back to the file from the recipient's perspective. The share link is the only thing the recipient ever sees.
