quik.spaceBack to drop

File sharing for real estate agents.

60 hi-res listing photos, an MP4 walk-through, and a disclosure packet. The buyer wants it in their texts. The buyer's agent will not log into your brokerage's portal. quik.space sends the listing over one link for $1 or $5, photos preview inline, and a 30-day space ($5) holds the whole package through escrow. No app, no portal, no AI training on the photos.

The real estate agent problem

A photographer sends 60 hi-res JPEGs for a listing: 800 MB before video. Your brokerage's transaction management software requires a buyer agent account to download. The buyer wants the floor plan in their text app. Email bounces at the photos.

How quik.space fits in

quik.space sends a full listing package over one link for $1 or $5 depending on size, no buyer-agent account, no brokerage portal. Inline JPEG previews mean the buyer scrolls photos before downloading. Spaces ($5, 30 days) hold the full listing through escrow.

An example workflow

  1. Bundle the listing assets. Photos zip, floor plan PDF, disclosure packet PDF, walk-through MP4. One folder per listing.
  2. Create a 30-day space. $5 starts a 30-day clock. Drop each asset in. Renewable for $5 if escrow drags past 30 days.
  3. Send the space link. Buyer, buyer's agent, seller, and inspector all open the same URL in any browser. Photos preview inline.

What you’ll typically send

File types real estate agents usually ship through quik.space:

  • MLS-ready photo bundles (JPEG)
  • Property videos and 3D tour MP4s
  • Disclosure packets (PDF)
  • Signed contracts and addenda
  • Floor plans and survey scans

Typical delivery size sits around 50 MB to 1.5 GB per listing. That maps to the free tier (under 100 MB), the $1 Large upload bracket (under 500 MB), or the $5 XL upload bracket (up to 5 GB). See pricing for the full table.

Private by default

quik.space does not train AI on your files. We do not read them. We do not index them. The file is visible only to whoever holds the share link, and it auto-deletes when the clock runs out. WeTransfer changed its terms in July 2025 to allow AI training on user files. We made the opposite call and put it in writing.

Frequently asked

Will the buyer need an account?
No. Buyer opens the link in any browser, scrolls photos inline, downloads what they want. No app, no signup, no portal.
Can the listing live through escrow?
Yes. Create a 30-day space for $5 and drop the listing in. Renew for $5 if escrow extends. Most transactions wrap inside two 30-day cycles.
What about signed contracts?
PDFs preview inline on the share page so the buyer can flip pages before downloading. For e-signature workflow, use a dedicated tool, quik.space is just the delivery surface.
Can I send the property video?
Yes. H.264 MP4 plays inline on the share page so the buyer can watch in the browser. Up to 5 GB per file. Most listing walk-throughs sit well under 1 GB.
What if a buyer downloads the photos to repost?
Anyone with the link can download. For listings, that's usually fine (you want the photos seen). For sensitive disclosures, send the link only to vetted parties, and let it expire on the 72-hour default if you want a short transmission window.
